Does it ANNOY you when STAFF play in ToyStore?

Does it annoy you when you visit a toy store and you find the staff there playing?

Play with airsoft replica gun that shoots plastic pellets.
Play with toys.
Watch anime.
Play with computer.
Play with handphone.
Chit chat and play with colleague.
Play with himself/herself.....oooi...why dirty mind ah you? I mean she keep playing with her hair in front of mirror lah!!!!

I was at this anime/toy/manga shop, and the staff their always always plays with their airsoft guns. They placed target boards overhead. They will shoot above your head, across the store(from one end of store to the other), they even have a target board just next to one of the DVD aisles. So, if you're standing their browsing the DVDs, they'll shoot next to your back. Just take a step back, and you'll be in crossfire. What the.....????!!!!

Nice one , boss. You hire your staff to help you do business, but they are playing your airsoft guns. What a great way to pay your employees....NOT. :)

I think employees should be professionals. They should be there to assist customers, up sell, cross sell. Not play, watch anime, play with handphone, play with internet.

maybe their salary veri rendah....no budget to go for others entertainment....so no choice...play guns in the shop to get entertainment :dunno:

I don't mind them having abit fun while working but Shooting guns...haiz that really going far lo..., watching show or chatting wif colleuge is still acceptable but if got customer enter , must be aware la and attend to them. Even though I might pening kepala enter that shop but I think the boss will be more pening kepala having employees like that. :sad-cloud:
