By the way, I cannot tahan looking at the 2 white colour handcuffs on his left front shoulder there. Handcuffs right? They look like the one when we enter supermarket, the security guard use that to tie our bags or our plastic bags.

Actually, those are called "flexi-cuffs." They are used to tie up suspects or criminals in case the officer runs out of handcuffs, or if he needs an extra pair of cuffs. These are used not only among law enforcement personnel, but also by soldiers deployed in the Middle East who, unlike the police, aren't issued handcuffs as part of their standard equipment.
