Yep, it was from the Toy Museum in Penang.

I did had a mini-chat with the real owner when I visited as he was around. I am not the owner (how I wish).

The point I am trying to convey is this is a private museum. Admission is dirt cheap, so more people can enjoy. So, where the heck is the state funding for upkeep the place when it is listed as the Top 10 places to visit in Penang by the Penang Tourism website.
