Does it ANNOY you when STAFF play in ToyStore?

wahahahha.. i know which shop! S**C***C! i was there last week n they were shooting above my head n i dun see of any intention to shop shooting when i was gona pass infront of him!

in my opinion..."balance" is the word. of course a working environment should be flexible and entertaining at the same time since it's an outlet selling toys/anime. hence stress level is lesser. though if this benefit is given, employees should understand themselves by knowing when to play at the right time as well as serve customer without neglecting them. if they can play while serving customer well at the right time, i believe customer can also feel the happening in the store. i personally do not like outlet staff to be as dull with no sense of entertaining customers.

best example is SAM at XL Berjaya Times Square outlet :finger:

You have a point there
I agree: Stress is bad for work
and stress and reduce work performance, reduce interest, reduce productivity

Problem is: from what the other brothers relate, these staff are playing too much

yup..that's why i use the word "balance" and "must know when is the right time to play as well as serve customer"

i wouldn't like it if they play shooting behind me..as they said "bullets have no eyes"...if it hit me, i make sure they pay me with a Hottoys :evil:

I know that shop oso but not many HT they(s**C***C) r selling ? slim chance they can pay u with HT...pay u money better :finger:

actually that time.. they are not playing.. they are promoting to sell the air gun to a customer.. i only in the shop for 10mins but oledi sold 2 guns ><

they play guns and at the same time they sell guns :finger:

i was at a kedai...they are promoting and selling the BB gun ...but that time takde pulak they go and shoot...... hmmm....
