For outstation collectors who can't make it to our outlets can opt to bank in directly. Here are the procedure after you purchase your Pre-Sale Ticket online

- Send along the Gatecrash confirmation e-mail with your personal details (Full name, IC no, shipping address, and contact information) to order@xl-shop.com
- Our online department will get back to you ASAP with an invoice of the exclusive set + shipping charges
- Bank in the money no later than 25 August 2012
- As interbank transfer might take up to THREE working days to clear, we highly recommend that customers do direct cash deposit at Maybank or transfer using Maybank2U
- Any payments that comes in after 25 August 2012 will not be accepted i.e, your payment only clears on the 26 August 2012 due to interbank transfer and in such a situation, we will have no choice but to refund your order. We however can't do any refunds for your Pre-Sale Ticket. Make sure you transfer your money early if you plan to use interbank transfer

STGCC 2012 – HOT TOYS EXCLUSIVES – PRE-SALE ROADSHOW FAQs

Q: Can I make pre-payment for the set at the Roadshow without the Pre-Sale Ticket?
A: The Pre-Sale Ticket is required to purchase the set at the Roadshow.

Q: Can I purchase multiple sets?
A: For multiple set purchases, you will need to purchase an equivalent number of Pre-Sale Tickets.

Q: Can I purchase individual pieces and not the entire set?
A: The Roadshow only caters to set purchases. Individual piece purchase during STGCC is subject to availability. Each piece will retail at S$319.90 onsite. Buyers will need to purchase a STGCC ticket for admission.

Q: I have purchased the Pre-Sale Ticket. Can I ask my friend or relative to make the payment on my behalf at the Roadshow?
A: To make pre-payment on your behalf, your friend or relative needs to produce a copy of your IC/Passport and Gatecrash confirmation email.

Q: I have purchased the Pre-Sale Ticket. I can't make payment on the day of the Roadshow. Can I make payment instead during STGCC 2012?
A: Payment has to be made in full during the Roadshow.

Q: I did not utilize the Pre-Sale Ticket due to unforeseen circumstances. Can I get a refund?
A: No refund will be given for any unutilized Pre-Sale Ticket.

Q: When can I pick up my purchase?
A: You can pick up your purchase anytime during STGCC 2012.
